As the center of the typhoon is far away, various scenic spots along the coast of Jinshan have stepped up drainage and emergency repairs, and have resumed normal opening and operation from today.

Affected by Typhoon "Bebinca", from 16:00 on September 15 to 16:00 on September 16, heavy rain to heavy rain fell in the whole region, with an average cumulative rainfall of 101.8 mm. With the departure of the typhoon, this afternoon (September 17), the Zhangjing River outlet pump gate was opened again for drainage.

It is understood that during the impact of Typhoon "Bebinca", it was the astronomical tide, and the water level of the river in the whole area increased significantly, and the highest water level of Zhangyan (2) Station, a representative station in Punan, was 3.25 meters, and the water increased by 0.8 meters, which did not exceed the warning water level. The three stations in Punanxi exceeded the warning water level, and the highest water level at the Sujing station was 4.18 meters. In order to quickly reduce the water level of inland rivers and avoid the water level rising again due to rainfall or upstream water, all sluices in the whole region should be drained at present.
In addition, during the opening of the gate and drainage, the relevant staff also regularly inspected the high and low voltage power distribution facilities and water pumps to ensure the normal operation of the facilities and equipment.
