1. Recruitment positions and qualifications

Please refer to Annex 1 for details of specific recruitment positions, recruitment numbers and requirements.

II. Application Requirements

(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, support the party's line, principles and policies, abide by national laws and regulations, have no illegal or criminal acts, have a sense of professionalism and responsibility for entrepreneurship and pursuit of excellence, and have professionalism and teamwork spirit.

(2) Have good professional quality, good conduct, good at learning, active work, strong pioneering awareness, have the necessary professional knowledge to perform job responsibilities, high professional quality, and obey the organizational arrangement.

(3) Have good psychological and physical qualities.

(4) Have other prescribed conditions required for the post.

Those who have received criminal punishment or re-education through labor, those who have been expelled from public office, expelled from the party, or expelled from school, persons suspected of violating laws and disciplines who are under review and have not yet reached a conclusion, military personnel on active duty, full-time students of ordinary colleges and universities, and persons in other circumstances that are prohibited by laws and regulations must not apply for employment. Full-time students at regular colleges and universities cannot use the academic qualifications they have obtained as a condition for applying.

Graduates who apply for orientation and commission training must obtain the consent of the orientation and commission training unit. Applicants must obtain the academic degree certificates, qualification certificates and other materials required by the position before the qualification examination.

3. Registration, preliminary examination and payment

(1) Registration

This recruitment will be publicly released on the portal website (http://www.reda.gov.cn/) of Rizhao Economic and Technological Development Zone.

Applicants log in to the website, fill in the personal registration information truthfully as required, and upload a color photo of their 1-inch recent bareheaded front ID (ensure that the photo is clear and legible). Each person is limited to one position, and if the applicant logs in to fill in the registration information many times before the preliminary examination of qualifications, the latter filling will automatically replace the previous filling information. If the registration information has not been passed in the preliminary examination, the registration information can be changed or supplemented, and the registration information cannot be changed once the preliminary examination is passed.

Applicants must use a valid ID card for registration and examination, and the personal information such as the name and ID number of the applicant must be true and consistent. If there is malicious registration information, disrupting the registration order, etc., the qualification for this registration will be cancelled after verification. The performance of the applicants during the application period will be one of the important contents of the open recruitment inspection.

Basic procedures for online registration:

1. Before starting to register, candidates must understand the recruitment policy and the conditions of the position in detail, and then follow the steps to carry out specific operations. Click "Online Registration", register your username and password, log in to the website after completing the registration, and upload photos as required. The username and password are the unique identifiers for logging in to the registration system (the password can be modified), and they are also an important basis for candidates to confirm whether they have successfully registered, download and print the admission ticket, etc., so they must be kept in mind and kept properly.

2. After successful registration, log in and enter the registration process. Candidates must carefully read the recruitment brochure, fill in the basic information and academic information (including educational information, learning experience, work experience, main family members, etc.) in the personal center as required, and return to the main page for registration after submission. Each person is limited to one position.

Online registration implements a strict self-discipline mechanism, and candidates are responsible for the authenticity of the registration information submitted for review.

3. After the candidate clicks "Submit for Review", the information will be locked and cannot be modified until the review result is feedback. Under normal circumstances, the auditor will reply to the audit result on the registration system within 24 hours. If the "review has not passed", the information can be modified and resubmitted for review according to the prompted reason, and if the "review is passed", it cannot be modified.

4. Candidates should download and print the "Applicant Registration Form" according to the prompts, and this form must also be provided in the qualification review process.

5. If the relevant operations are not completed within the specified time, it will be deemed to be automatically abandoned. At the same time, you must keep your personal documents and information during the registration and examination, and you will be responsible for any loss caused by personal reasons, theft by others and malicious tampering with the information that affects the registration and examination.

(2) Online payment

Payment time: 11:00 on September 13, 2024 - 11:00 on September 21, 2024. The standard of the written examination fee: 40 yuan per person.

Those who have passed the preliminary examination of qualifications shall log in to the registration website within the specified time to make online payment, and those who fail to go through the online payment procedures within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up their registration qualifications. Those who have successfully paid the fee should print the "Applicant Registration Form" and "Letter of Integrity Commitment" (for use in the on-site qualification review) in time, and log in to the registration website from 09:00 on October 11, 2024 to 09:30 on October 13, 2024 to print the written test admission ticket.

(3) Reduction of recruitment plans

After the registration is over, for the recruitment positions where the number of qualified applicants does not reach the ratio of 1:3, the recruitment plan for the planned recruitment of 1 person will be cancelled, and the recruitment plan will be reduced accordingly according to the ratio of 1:3 for the recruitment of more than 2 people (inclusive), and the reduction and cancellation of the recruitment plan will be announced on the portal website of Rizhao Economic and Technological Development Zone.

4. Examination and qualification review

The examination is divided into a written test and an interview, both of which are calculated on a 100-point scale. Special note: The qualification review runs through the whole process of recruitment, and if there are problems such as not meeting the qualifications or falsifying in any link, once verified, the examination and employment qualifications will be cancelled immediately.

(1) Written examination

The written test will be held on October 13, 2024 (the specific time is subject to the admission ticket), and if there is any change, an announcement will be made on the portal of Rizhao Economic and Technological Development Zone, so candidates are requested to pay attention to it in time. If you miss the test information due to your own reasons and affect the employment of the test, you will be responsible for it.

The written test is conducted in the form of unified proposition, closed-book examination and centralized marking, and the content is public basic knowledge and comprehensive writing. The written test has a maximum score of 100 points and a duration of 120 minutes. In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, the passing score line is set for the written test, which is determined according to the number of job recruits and the written test.

Please refer to the admission ticket for details of the written test location. The results of the written test will be published on the portal of Rizhao Economic and Technological Development Zone.

(2) Qualification review

The interview candidates will be determined in turn from the written test to the passing score line according to the order of the written test score, according to the recruitment position plan of 3 times, and from the written test personnel who have reached the written test passing score line. For positions where the number of qualified candidates in the written examination does not reach 3 times of the recruitment plan, the existing qualified personnel in the written examination shall be determined as candidates for interview; If the last person has a tie in the written test, the person with the tie in the written test score is determined to be the interview candidate at the same time. Vacancies caused by waiver or disqualification shall be filled in turn according to the results of the written examination from among those who have reached the passing score of the written examination.

Candidates who enter the interview must submit their relevant supporting materials (the original will be returned after review, and the copy will be retained for future reference) and 3 recent bareheaded photos with the same bottom plate at the designated place within the specified time. Relevant supporting materials mainly include:

1. One copy of the "Applicant Registration Form" and "Letter of Integrity Commitment", of which the personal signature must be handwritten;

2. One original and one copy of the ID card and the nationally recognized academic degree certificate, and one copy of the electronic registration and filing form of the academic certificate of the Ministry of Education and one copy of the degree certification report. Overseas students who have obtained academic qualifications or degrees from outside the country (territory) are required to submit one copy of the certificate of academic qualifications and degrees issued by the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education;

3. If the in-service personnel (including commissioned training and orientation) apply for the job, they must also submit a letter of introduction issued by the unit agreeing to apply. If it is difficult to issue a letter of introduction agreeing to apply for employment on time, it can be provided during the inspection and physical examination, otherwise it will be deemed to be automatically waived for the inspection and physical examination qualifications;

4. If the recruitment position requires relevant certificates and work experience, it is also necessary to provide 1 original and 1 copy of the certificate, and relevant supporting materials for work experience (if the relevant certification materials of work experience are difficult, they can be provided during the inspection and physical examination, otherwise they will be deemed to have automatically given up the qualification for the inspection and physical examination). The social practice, internship, part-time job, etc. of college graduates during the school period are not regarded as work experience, and the number of years of work experience is accumulated by full years and months, and the working years are calculated until September 2024;

5. Other supporting materials required by the position.

Those who affect the results of the qualification review due to other factors such as false information in the relevant materials, as well as those who fail to participate in the on-site qualification review and other aspects at the designated time and place, will be disqualified from the interview. In the event of any inconsistency between the on-site qualification review and the online preliminary examination results, the on-site qualification review results shall prevail. Vacancies of interview candidates due to unqualified on-site qualification examination shall be filled in order from high to low scores among the candidates who have reached the passing score line of the written examination. Those who have passed the qualification examination shall pay the interview fee on the spot, 70 yuan per person.

The time and place of on-site qualification review will be notified separately.

(3) Interview

The interview adopts a structured method, mainly assesses the comprehensive analysis, communication strain, job matching, language expression, demeanor and other aspects of the candidates, and the interview is conducted according to the order of on-site drawing, and the interview results are announced on the spot, with a full score of 100 points. Project Recruitment Post B plus a test of spoken Japanese. The passing score line for the interview is set at 75 points, and only those who reach the passing score line of the interview can enter the scope of the inspection and physical examination. The time and place of the interview will be notified separately.

After the interview, the total score will be calculated according to the proportion of 40% of the written test score and 60% of the interview score, and the 100-point system will be used. The written test score, interview score, and total test score are all calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded. According to the total score of the examination, determine the candidates who will enter the scope of the inspection and physical examination. If the total score of the applicants for the same recruitment position is tied, the candidates who will enter the scope of the inspection and physical examination shall be determined according to the interview scores from high to low; If the interview results are also the same, an additional test can be taken to determine it.

The overall results will be announced on the portal of Rizhao Economic and Technological Development Zone.

5. Inspect the physical examination and publicize the employment

(1) Inspection and physical examination

According to the total score of the candidate's examination, from high score to low score, the candidates who enter the scope of the inspection and physical examination shall be determined according to the ratio of 1:2 of the number of recruits, and the inspection and physical examination shall be organized in equal amounts according to the recruitment position plan.

The examination focuses on ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance, etc., and reviews whether the candidates meet the qualifications of the position, and whether the relevant information and materials provided are true and accurate. The physical examination standards and items shall be implemented with reference to the physical examination standards and operation manuals for the recruitment of civil servants, and those provisions shall prevail if the state has other provisions. For those who need to be re-examined according to the regulations, they shall not be carried out in the original physical examination hospital, and the re-examination can only be carried out once, and the results shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination.

Applicants who fail to participate in the physical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up. For vacancies caused by giving up the inspection and physical examination or failing to pass the inspection and physical examination, the recruitment department shall put forward a supplementary opinion, and the candidates within the scope of the inspection and physical examination shall be filled in equal amounts.

(2) Publicity of employment

For those who have passed the examination, inspection and physical examination, the list of personnel to be hired will be publicized on the portal website of Rizhao Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the publicity period will be 7 working days. The list of personnel to be hired will not be filled after it is announced. After the publicity has no objection, the hired personnel shall be determined, and the labor contract shall be signed in accordance with the relevant procedures and the relevant procedures shall be handled. After entering the company, the hired personnel must obey the unified arrangement of the post, pay five social insurances and one housing fund in accordance with the regulations, and the salary and welfare benefits shall be implemented in accordance with the salary management system of the employing unit. The probationary period system shall be implemented for the hired personnel in accordance with the regulations, and those who are qualified shall be formally hired upon the expiration of the period, and the labor contract shall be terminated if they are not qualified.

6. Work supervision

The recruitment organization implements a recusal system to ensure that the work is carried out fairly and justly. Applicants who violate the discipline of open recruitment shall be disqualified from applying for or employing according to the severity of the circumstances.
