According to the forecast of the meteorological department, Typhoon Bebinca No. 13 this year will bring strong storms and rain to Qingpu District. In order to ensure the safety of public transportation, the Qingpu District Construction Management Committee (Transportation Committee) has adopted a series of management measures in conjunction with enterprises. During this period, the public security and traffic management departments will take corresponding road management measures such as speed limit and closure according to the impact of the typhoon on road traffic. At the same time, in view of the dangers such as water accumulation and tree lodging that may occur on some roads due to strong storms and rainy weather, the bus lines in Qingpu District will be reduced, detoured or suspended according to the situation. We sincerely ask the general public to understand and support the temporary adjustment of bus routes. Temporary adjustment measures for surface bus routes during typhoons:
1. The situation of adjacent districts and counties
(1) Suspension plan
From 18:00 on September 15, 2024, Jiashan Bus will temporarily suspend all bus routes in Jiashan County, and the recovery time is to be determined; Wujiang bus will be suspended from 21 o'clock on September 15, and the recovery time is to be determined; Kunshan buses will be temporarily operated from 21 o'clock on September 15, and the recovery time is to be determined.
(2) Qingpu is adjacent to public transportation
No. 3, No. 115 and No. 329 in Jiashan Demonstration Zone, No. 6, C3, C5 and C11 in Kunshan Demonstration Zone, No. 2, No. 4 and No. 7 in Wujiang Demonstration Zone are suspended according to the suspension announcement;
2. The situation of Qingpu District
(1) Qingpu District is adjacent to public transportation
Qingpu District Demonstration Zone 1 Road, Demonstration Area 8 Road, Baihe Road 6 and Baihe 7 Road will be temporarily suspended in accordance with the relevant work requirements of Wujiang and Kunshan, and the recovery time is to be determined.
(2) Regular buses are operating normally
Qingpu District will adjust the temporary control measures for ground buses in a timely manner according to the typhoon response level of the Municipal Flood Control Headquarters.
