According to the research and judgment of the meteorological observatory department, it is expected that this year's No. 13 typhoon "Bebinca" will make landfall along the coast from Zhejiang to northern Fujian from the early morning to the morning of September 16. In order to effectively do a good job in the defense of typhoon "Bebinca", on September 14, the State Grid Yongjia County Power Supply Company took multiple measures to build a "safety net" for Taiwan and flood control.
In order to prevent the impact of heavy rainfall and strong convective weather that may be brought by Typhoon "Bebinca" on power grid equipment, the company strengthened the emergency response of power grid dispatching, compiled and improved the safe operation plan of the power grid and the accident disposal plan, strengthened the emergency duty force, and implemented a 24-hour shift system. In the material storage room, the staff carefully checked whether the warehouse building structure was strong and repaired the roof that might have leaks. Inventory and verify the important materials such as wires, fittings, iron parts, column switches, production tools and other important materials stored in the warehouse one by one to ensure that the materials are fully stocked, qualified in quality and available at any time, so that the physical objects can be "seen and supplied". At the same time, the drainage system around the warehouse is cleaned and dredged to prevent the stagnant water from backing up and causing the materials to be damp.
By going deep into the front line of the site, we will comprehensively carry out special inspection and maintenance of line equipment, and do a good job in the investigation and management of hidden dangers. Carry out a comprehensive flood control inspection of substations and distribution station rooms, and take fastening measures for all substation doors and windows. Give full play to the advantages of "village network co-construction", carry out on-site publicity and supervision of safe electricity use, and use online channels such as WeChat groups and Moments to popularize the knowledge of safe electricity use to the majority of electricity customers, and send 320 safe electricity reminder text messages to 8 important users and 312 livelihood users.
At present, the State Grid Yongjia County Power Supply Company is paying close attention to the movement of Typhoon "Bebinca", optimizing the operation mode of the power grid in real time, and further implementing various defense work to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power grid.
