On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, on September 12, the "Night of Chinese Opera" was staged in the courtyard of the Sanjin Courtyard of the Shiping Hall on the shore of the Green Lake in Kunming, Yunnan Province. The pear orchard welcomes autumn, and guests gather.

The series of performances is jointly created by Kunming South Asia and Southeast Asia International Logistics Research Institute, Yunnan Plateau Culture Communication Company, and Shiping Guild Hall, and selects classic repertoire such as Kunqu Opera, Peking Opera, Yue Opera, Dian Opera, and Lantern Opera, leading the audience through the past and present through a cultural feast.
