On September 13, invested by CCCC Second Harbor Bureau, Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry built the largest double-boom luffing crane ship "Second Voyage Excellence" was successfully completed, CCCC Second Harbor Bureau, Nantong Maritime Safety Bureau, China Classification Society, Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry Quartet representatives held a completion of the Quartet Witness Ceremony in Nantong Zhenhua Qidong Offshore Base, marking that the ship is close to the delivery date.
The construction of the ship will start on August 14, 2023, the hull will be docked and closed in December 2023, Jishui will be completed on June 6, 2024, and the installation and commissioning of lifting equipment will be completed in early September 2024. The total length of the hull is 165 meters, the width is 52 meters, the depth is 11 meters, the design draft is 6.5 meters, the maximum lifting capacity is 5,500 tons, and the maximum lifting height is 120 meters, which is equivalent to being able to lift 4,000 cars to the height of 40 floors in one fell swoop. In addition, in response to the national dual-carbon strategy, the ship has adopted green energy-saving technologies such as photovoltaic energy storage and high-efficiency permanent magnet motors, and has developed and applied intelligent operation and maintenance and operation management systems.
The four-party witness of the completion of this project is the completion of the ship within the scope of the legal inspection of the Maritime Safety Bureau, and is an important proof for the processing of nationality certificate and ownership certificate. After the ship is put into operation, it will focus on serving the construction of bridge projects, covering hydraulic engineering, taking into account offshore wind power, comprehensively improving the prefabricated and assembled installation capacity of super-large span bridges of CCCC Second Harbor Bureau, and adding "hard power" to consolidate the "bridge brand".
