It is necessary to improve the political position, establish a sense of the overall situation and a systematic concept, strictly control the scale of "total" investment, and refrain from making duplicate investments. The meeting agreed in principle to the "Old Community Renovation Planning Plan", and made appropriate adjustments to the design and planning of part of the road network, implementation content, and community name. The meeting also studied the aging and renovation project of gas pipelines in the northern area of Ludian County, and put forward suggestions on the construction content of pipeline network layout, drainage and water supply projects in the demonstration area.
