According to the needs of the county's forest fire prevention work, after research and consent, Linshu County Changlin Labor Cooperation Co., Ltd. is open to the public to recruit 11 forest fire prevention and extinguishing patrol team members, in accordance with the requirements of the National Forest Prevention Office "Forest Fire Protection Team Construction and Management Specifications" and other requirements, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Recruitment principles and procedures

In accordance with the principle of "open conditions, voluntary registration, and merit-based recruitment", the recruitment is organized through physical fitness tests, interviews, physical examinations and political examinations.

2. Job responsibilities

Implement paramilitary management, stationed at the front, responsible for daily patrols, forest fire prevention and extinguishing work, and perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

3. Application conditions

(1) Abide by national laws and regulations, have good moral sentiments and psychological qualities, have a strong sense of discipline, and be able to keep work secrets.

(2) Voluntarily engage in fire prevention and extinguishing work, have the spirit of loyalty, dedication, hardship and hard work, and obey the organizational arrangement.

(3) Male only, aged 18-30 years old (September 1, 1994-August 31, 2006), junior high school education or above.

(4) Be in good health, have no tattoos, no history of mental illness, no genetic, chronic or infectious diseases, and meet the physical examination standards.

(5) Household registration is limited.

(6) Those who have any of the following circumstances shall not apply for employment:

1. Those who have received criminal punishment, re-education through labor, or juvenile correction, and who have criminal suspicions that have not yet been clarified.

2. Participating in activities such as fighting, gambling, drug abuse, superstition, cults, and illegal petitioning.

3. Those who have been listed as judgment defaulters by the people's courts.

4. Immediate blood relatives or collateral blood relatives who have a major influence on the person participate in cult organization activities.

4. Registration and qualification review

(1) Registration method: on-site registration is adopted.

(4) Materials to be submitted for registration review:

1. One copy of the "Registration Form" printed and filled in (see Attachment 1);

2. The original and 1 copy of the second-generation ID card;

3. 3 recent 1-inch color frontal bareheaded photos;

4. Original and 1 copy of graduation certificate and discharge certificate (not mandatory);

5. Print and sign one copy of the "Letter of Commitment to Good Faith" (see Annex 2) printed and handprinted.

(5) Qualification review:

According to the certificate materials provided by the applicants, the qualification review runs through the whole process of recruitment, and if the registration conditions are not met in any part of the recruitment process, the examination qualification will be cancelled.

5. Examination and assessment

Applicants who have passed the qualification examination shall be determined through physical fitness tests, interviews, physical examinations, recruitment and other procedures. The time and place of the physical fitness test and interview will be released on the official account of "Talent Linshu". Please collect the admission ticket and take the examination according to the specified time and place, and the recruitment authority will not notify you by phone.

(1) Physical fitness test. The physical fitness test is calculated according to the 100-point system, and the assessment items are 1500 meters and horizontal bar pull-ups, and after the test is completed, the total physical fitness test score is calculated according to the proportion of 1500 meters and horizontal bar pull-ups accounting for 50% each.

Those who violate the relevant provisions of physical fitness assessment such as impersonation and fraud will be directly disqualified. If the physical fitness assessment personnel fail to participate in the physical fitness assessment at the specified time and place, they will be deemed to have given up their qualifications. (Special reminder statement: If the applicant has special physical conditions such as hypertension and heart disease, and is not suitable to participate in the physical fitness test, he or she should be truthfully informed in advance; If you do not truthfully inform the test, if there is a sudden illness or accident during the physical fitness test, the test party has fulfilled the duty of good faith reminder and does not bear any civil liability. )

(2) Interview. According to the physical fitness assessment score from the highest score to the lowest score, the interview will be entered according to the ratio of 1:1.5. The physical fitness test score of the personnel entering the interview range must not be less than 60 points. If the ratio of 1:1.5 is less than 1:1.5 in the scope of the interview, the interview will be conducted according to the actual number of people who have passed the physical fitness test.

The interview is conducted in a structured manner with a total score of 100 points. The interview mainly examines the candidate's motivation, ideological stability, past experience, personal image, verbal expression and logical ability.

The total score of the examination of candidates shall be calculated according to the proportion of 50% of the physical fitness test and interview score. The physical fitness test, interview score, and total test score are all calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded. If the employer has the same total test score of the applicant for the same recruitment position, the veteran will be given priority to be determined as the candidate for the examination and physical examination; If they are all veterans or not veterans, the candidates for the physical examination will be determined in order from the highest score to the lowest score in the physical fitness test; If the physical fitness test and interview scores are the same, the candidates for the physical examination shall be determined through the method of additional physical fitness test. The interview results and the total test results will be announced to the public on the official account of "Talent Linshu" in accordance with the prescribed procedures.

(3) Physical examination and political examination. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the "Physical Examination Standards for Recruited Citizens", and the physical examination shall be carried out at the designated hospital (at your own expense). The interview score of candidates who enter the scope of physical examination and political examination shall not be less than 60 points.

The political review shall further review the qualifications of the personnel to be hired in accordance with the requirements of the brochure. Personnel who fail to pass the political examination will not be hired. Vacancies formed by failing to pass the political examination and physical examination or automatically giving up shall be filled in order of the total score of the examination from the highest score to the lowest score.

(4) Publicity and employment. The personnel to be hired who have passed the examination, physical examination and inspection shall be publicized to the public in accordance with the regulations, and the publicity period shall be 5 working days. If there is no objection after publicity, a two-year labor dispatch contract shall be signed with the labor dispatch company. Pre-job training for hired personnel, the probation period is 2 months, and those who are qualified after the probationary period expire will be formally hired; If they are not qualified, they will be disqualified. After the expiration of the contract, the employer shall decide to renew or dismiss the employee according to the work needs.

6. Remuneration

1. Salary: probation period of 2 months, probation period of 2600 yuan/month, 2 months after the basic salary of 2700 yuan/month, performance appraisal of 300 yuan/month, after 1 year of work, seniority salary of 100 yuan/month, after 2 years, seniority salary of 200 yuan/month, after the seniority salary will increase by 60 yuan per year, maintain steady growth.

2. Those with excellent work performance will be promoted and appointed as deputy squad leader, squad leader and squadron leader according to the procedure, and enjoy the corresponding post subsidy.

3. Pay social insurance, purchase accident insurance, distribute bedding, free room and board, and pay provident fund after working for one year.

4. 4 days of paid leave per person per month.
