This is a photo taken on September 10 at Alar Vocational and Technical School, where teacher Li Binao and students in the 23rd grade e-commerce class were taken.

Li Binao, a young teacher born in the 95s, is one of the 11th batch of teachers from Taizhou, Zhejiang Province to Xinjiang Alar Vocational and Technical School. In February 2023, with his love for education and yearning for the frontier, Li Binao boarded a plane to Alar. At the end of his one-and-a-half-year term, he did not choose to return to Taizhou, but applied to stay and continue to sow the seeds of knowledge in Alar.

Li Binao is responsible for teaching professional courses in e-commerce. For children in Xinjiang, this course is a bridge to connect with the outside world and broaden the sales channels of high-quality Xinjiang products. He not only imparts knowledge in the classroom, but also often goes to the grassroots level to provide training to villagers and help them expand their markets.

Li Binao has a very good relationship with the students, and the students affectionately call him "Brother Li" in private. He led the preparation for the construction of an e-commerce training room in the school, and led the students to achieve excellent results in the vocational college skills competition of the autonomous region. He also brought four new teachers as apprentices in the school. Li Binao said: "I will eventually end the work of aiding Xinjiang, leave here, and train local teachers, which is to build a team that cannot be taken away." ”

From Taizhou, Zhejiang Province to Alar, Xinjiang, where the counterpart assisted the construction, groups of teachers like Li Binao continued to practice the agreement between the East China Sea and the Tianshan Mountains.
