Yuan Weimin has 5 brothers and sisters, and he is the youngest in the family.
When Yuan Weimin was in his third year of high school in Suzhou Middle School, his first choice for the college entrance examination was the Harbin Military Engineering College, but the school sent him to the aviation school to become an air force pilot.
Yuan Weimin's three generations of poor peasants passed the political examination and passed the initial physical examination, but when the re-examination, he was eliminated with a small scar on his body.
