Instructions for spectators to redeem (receive) tickets

1. The Beijing Fengtai District Cultural Center is an important place for organizing and carrying out public welfare mass cultural activities, and is open to the public free of charge. From January 2023, all public welfare performances at the Fengtai District Cultural Center Theater require an appointment to participate, with a total of 200 open tickets for each performance, and all audiences must enter with tickets and be seated;
2. Fengtai District Cultural Center Theater Ticketing is divided into two parts: online reservation and offline redemption (collection) of tickets, please pay attention to the WeChat official account activity push or mini program activity details page for the start and end time of online reservation, and the start and end time of offline redemption (collection) of tickets is 60 minutes before the start of each performance to 30 minutes after the start;
3. 80% of the number of open tickets for each show will be released online, and the method of seat selection and reservation will be adopted, with a limit of 2 reservations per account (the reservation must be filled in with the name, ID number, contact information, etc. according to the information of the actual audience), and after the reservation is successful, go to the ticket office within the specified time, exchange the paper ticket with the reservation QR code (no repeated redemption is allowed), and scan the code at the entrance of the theater 30 minutes before the start of the performance;
4. Offline tickets for special groups will be released at 20% of the number of open tickets for each performance, and the seats will be in a fixed area, located in the middle of rows 1 to 4 of the theater, please hold valid documents (old age certificate, disability certificate, active military card) to collect paper tickets (limited to 1 per person) at the ticket office within the specified time before the start of each performance, and scan the QR code at the entrance of the theater 30 minutes before the start of the performance;
5. Please take the initiative to abide by the regulations of the theater, obey the management of the staff, be civilized and courteous, queue up in an orderly manner, and redeem (receive) tickets in turn. For performance information, please pay attention to the WeChat public account dynamics of "Beijing Fengtai District Cultural Center" in time;
6. After the audience makes a successful online reservation, they cannot redeem the paper tickets for the performance for some reason, and the reservation has not been cancelled as of 20 minutes before the start of the performance, and the reservation is more than 3 times in total, will be included in the Fengtai District Cultural Center Activity Reservation Mini Program Reservation Dishonesty Management List, and will not be able to make an appointment to watch the relevant performances of the Fengtai District Cultural Center Theater within 3 months.
