Wang Jie: female, born in 1970, member of the Communist Party of China, senior accountant (researcher level).

He graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1993 with a major in industrial statistics. He used to be a supervisor of Hudong Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., Shanghai CSSC Mitsui Shipbuilding Diesel Engine Co., Ltd., CSSC Marine Power Technology Service Co., Ltd., Nanjing CSSC Oasis Machinery Co., Ltd., Deputy Chief Accountant of Hudong Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., Financial Director of CSSC Wärtsilä (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and CSSC Marine Power Technology Service Co., Ltd., Chief Accountant of Shanghai Hulin Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation 708th Research Institute and CSSC Power (Group) Co., Ltd. Director of Hudong Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. and China Shipbuilding Power Research Institute Co., Ltd. He is currently the Chief Accountant of China State Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, a supervisor of Zhengmao Group Co., Ltd., and a director of WinGD Ltd.
