On 20 October, Zhuge Jun, commander of the Shaoyang Military Sub-district, attended the meeting of the first secretary of the party committee of the Longhui County People's Armed Forces Department and announced the appointment of Liu Jun, secretary of the county party committee, as the first secretary of the party committee of the county people's armed forces department. The meeting opened with the majestic sound of the national anthem, and Zhuge Jun announced the order of the party committee of the Shaoyang Military Sub-district on Liu Jun's appointment as the first secretary of the party committee of the People's Armed Forces Department of Longhui County, and issued a certificate of appointment to Comrade Liu Jun.
