From July 15 to 18, 2024, the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was successfully held in Beijing, and General Secretary Xi Jinping made an important speech. The most important outcome of the plenary session was the deliberation and adoption of the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Promoting Chinese-style Modernization", which put forward more than 300 important reform measures, involving institutions, mechanisms and systems, making systematic arrangements for China's further comprehensive deepening of reform, and drawing a new grand blueprint for China's modernization of the Chinese style.
