Jiaozuo Centennial Mining Heritage Park project is located in the core bustling area of the old town of Jiaozuo City, covering an area of more than 400 acres and planning to invest 5 billion yuan. The current Jiaozuo Shenhua Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Factory, formerly known as the British Fu Company Machinery Repair Factory, has a history of nearly 100 years. The project will be built into a nationally renowned "urban industrial heritage renewal" project that integrates local culture, innovative business, immersive tourism and community revitalization, and the project will be developed in two phases, mainly building a century-old mining museum, mining research experience, mining historical scene reproduction, rail sightseeing vehicle, mine road experience, original mine cave exploration, student-exclusive experience courses and other special content.
Jiaodian Culture and Art Creative Industry Park Project (formerly Jiaozuo Power Plant) is located in Jianshe West Road, Jiaozuo City, with a total area of about 630 acres. The park makes full use of various industrial elements such as old factories, cooling towers, machinery and equipment in the original factory area with different styles, and creates a large-scale clustered cultural and artistic creative industry park integrating culture, tourism, art, creativity, catering, accommodation, leisure and other formats. The park is expected to invest 1 billion yuan, and the project is invested and constructed by Luoyang Tianxin Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd.
Mountain's Gifts Cat Fork Rural Holiday Homestay Tourism Project is located in Dongmaocha Village, 5 kilometers north of The Film and Television Road in Shangbaizuo Street, Liberated Area, with a total construction area of about 11,000 square meters and a total investment of 170 million yuan, which is undertaken and operated by Henan ShanRenxing Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd.
