The results of the 2021-2022 annual benefit evaluation of the province's "heroes per mu" comprehensive reform were recently announced, and our city ranked 4th in the comprehensive evaluation score of the 11 cities (districts) per mu in the province, among which the three scores of the average operating income per mu, the operating income per unit of energy consumption and the investment intensity of R&D funds of industrial enterprises above the designated size ranked 2nd, 1st and 4th in the province respectively. At the same time, Shaanxi Hengtong Fiber Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was selected into the list of leading enterprises in the province's textile industry per mu.
Since the launch of the province's "heroes per mu" comprehensive reform work, the city has conscientiously implemented the work deployment of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, given full play to the traction role of the reform work, accelerated the implementation of major projects such as the green industrial multiplication plan and the innovation and development multiplication plan of science and technology enterprises, and established and improved the working mechanism of the gradient cultivation of individual champions in the manufacturing industry, the cultivation of enterprise multiplication and upgrading, and the dynamic disposal and revitalization of idle and inefficient industrial land (plants). 11 small hydropower stations in our city have been rated as provincial second-level units of safety production standardization
Recently, the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Water Resources officially announced the list of second-level units for the standardization of safety production of rural small hydropower stations in 2024, and 11 small hydropower stations such as Xiba in Pingli County and Donghe Reservoir Dam in Hanyin County are among them. So far, the city has created a total of 78 safety production standardization power stations (77 at the provincial level and 1 at the ministerial level), and the safety production standardization compliance rate of small hydropower stations in Qinling region is 100%, and the city's compliance rate has reached 59%, ranking first in the province in terms of the number of creations.
The standardization of production safety is an important guarantee for improving the safety production system of small hydropower in rural areas and effectively preventing accidents. In recent years, our city has thoroughly implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on safety production work, and vigorously promoted the standardization of small hydropower safety production. Through industry guidance and demonstration, a creation boom has been formed in the city.
