CRRC Qiche Group Qiche Company announced on August 5 that the company's product laboratory successfully passed the Canada Transport Canada (TC) container impact test qualification renewal review and obtained the authorization certificate.

Transport Canada (TC) authorized container impact test is a dynamic longitudinal impact test for movable tank containers and multiple gas containers, and is a globally accepted container impact test test qualification with high influence.
Movable tank containers are often used for the dispatch and transportation of dangerous goods, and have strict requirements for impact resistance. Movable tank containers can only be put into use if they have been fully tested and have obtained the test results that meet the requirements.

The test qualification certification is carried out every five years, through the review, Canada Transport on the CRRC Qiche Group Qiche Company product laboratory test methods, technical capabilities, equipment level, test report quality, as well as five years of testing experience and industry credibility to give full recognition, unanimously agreed that the company through the qualification renewal review.
The product test laboratory of Qiche Company is an enterprise-level test laboratory with strong testing capacity of railway freight cars in the world. Relying on the technical advantages in the test and research of railway wagon products, the laboratory began to study the container impact test method in 2009, and obtained the "container impact test" testing qualification granted by the China Classification Society at the end of 2010, filling the domestic gap. In 2014, the laboratory was awarded the "Movable Tank Container Impact Test and Testing Unit for Transporting Dangerous Goods" (TC) authorization certificate issued by the Ministry of Communications of Canada for the first time, becoming the first testing unit in Asia to obtain this qualification.

In the past 10 years, the laboratory has completed more than 80 impact tests of container products at home and abroad that need to pass the "TC" certification, and can carry out static strength tests and impact tests of various box types from 10 feet to 53 feet, and its technical capabilities and test equipment capabilities are in a leading position in the industry. Through years of experimental research and accumulation, in 2021, the laboratory took the lead in drafting the container industry association standard T/CCIASD1001-2021 "Container Impact Test Specification", which filled the gap in the industry and made positive contributions to promoting the development of the company's related diversified business and accelerating the progress of domestic container technology.
