In order to effectively improve the rope rescue technical ability of commanders and fighters and strengthen the comprehensive rescue construction of the team, recently, the Genhe City Brigade of the Daxinganling Forest Fire Protection Detachment of the Inner Mongolia further benchmarked the improvement of the rescue ability of "all disasters and major emergencies", and carried out rope rescue technical training.
Rope rescue technology is a technical difficulty, high precision, strict safety requirements of a "culture", must consolidate the theoretical foundation, take the rescue technology to convince people, with the results of the rescue to speak, before training, the instructor to wear protective equipment for safety inspection, the operation of equipment and equipment to prompt and explain, at the same time, guide the commanders and fighters to always put their own safety in the first place, strictly abide by the operating procedures, strictly prevent safety accidents, to ensure that the action standards, procedures are standardized, and the organization is strict.
During the training, the main focus is on the technical training of the single rope system, focusing on the comprehensive learning and training of ascent and descent, one-to-one rescue, knot crossing technique, crossing U, and passing the deviation point. Based on their own experience, the coaches take the form of on-site explanation, lecture and doing, adopt the method of combining the old and the new, divide the commanders and fighters into small groups to carry out training, always pay attention to the whole process of the trainees' operation, and point out the problems in time for non-standard actions and rectify them immediately. Through earnest study and repeated training, each commander and fighter has firmly grasped what he has learned and earnestly attained the purpose and effect of actual combat training.
After the training, the commanders and fighters discussed with each other, solved problems and answered questions, and humbly asked the instructors for advice and learning in a timely manner if they did not understand the problems, so as to grasp the performance of the equipment in time, consolidate the operation skills, further deepen the understanding of rope rescue technology, and ensure the safety of the whole training process. In the course of the training, all the commanders and fighters had a correct attitude and were full of spirit, and they really displayed the demeanor of "comparing, learning, catching up, helping, and surpassing," which further enriched the training atmosphere and showed a good mental outlook.
