Here's the thing, I've wanted to replace the air conditioner in the living room for a long time. Isn't summer coming to an end recently, so I thought it would be cheaper to buy an air conditioner now, so I bought an air conditioner and planned to install it in the living room.
But when the installer came to the door, he "scolded" me - maybe not a scolding, but his personality was more straightforward, and I just sounded a little harsh. The worker said:
You hurry up and return it, the living room is not suitable for installing air conditioners at all.

But the workers gave me two reasons not to install an air conditioner.

There are air conditioning holes in the living room, and this situation is quite special like mine: my living room is connected to the balcony, so not only is there a hole in the wall of the living room, but there is also a hole in the balcony.
The worker asked me if I wanted to re-punch the holes? I said of course no (to punch these two holes, it will cost at least three hundred dollars).

After hearing this, I was caught in a dilemma:
Choose the air conditioner, the worker said it was not easy to use. Continue to use the cabinet air conditioner, I feel too uncomfortable to be blown by the air conditioner. So what exactly do I do? The workers saw that I was embarrassed and gave me three more suggestions.
Suggestion 1: You can choose the air duct machine air conditioner
The so-called "air duct machine" is actually a one-to-one central air conditioner, which has the advantage of "strong comfort" of central air conditioning. Not only can it avoid the air conditioning wind, but it can also ensure the indoor cooling speed and temperature balance.

"No wind feeling" is a function of air conditioners, and many air conditioners now have it. It uses the small hole in the baffle of the air outlet of the air conditioner to disperse the air conditioner, so that the air conditioner can achieve "coolness and no wind".
This is the kind of cabinet air conditioner in my house now, so I want to say a few more words-
It does have no wind, but it still has a strong cooling when it is close to the air conditioner. And the refrigeration efficiency of the air conditioner will be greatly reduced after turning on the no wind feeling, my living room is about 20 square meters, and the room temperature will not be able to drop when the air conditioner is turned on at 26 °C without wind feeling.
So if you plan to buy a windless air conditioner, it is recommended to buy a larger one. That is, if your living room needs a 2 hp air conditioner, you buy a 2.5 hp or 3 hp one.
Suggestion 3: You can choose a square cabinet air conditioner
The living room air conditioner has always been used by cabinet machines, and it has been used for decades, and it seems that only in recent years have I heard of the direct blowing of the living room air conditioner. The worker broke the sky in one sentence:

In the past, square cabinets were used for air conditioning, with small air outlets and concentrated at the top. If you don't want to be blown directly by the air conditioner, just let the air conditioner blow upwards. The air outlet of the cylindrical cabinet air conditioner is too long, and it can blow people even if it blows upwards.
So if you're like me who hate air conditioners, you can consider changing to a square cabinet air conditioner - you don't necessarily have to buy the old model back then, and many high-end models are also square now
There are many options in the living room air conditioner, and the worst option is the on-hook air conditioner. The worker explained to me that high-power hang-up air conditioners are generally prepared for large open public places such as offices, and are generally not recommended for home users.
