In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "People's Republic of China Road Traffic Safety Law" and the implementation regulations, it is decided to implement traffic restrictions on the west bank section of the Baotong Bridge of the Zicai Bridge, and the specific notice is as follows:

1. The time of traffic restriction measures

It will start at 23:00 on August 6, 2024 and is expected to end at 6:00 on August 7, 2024.

2. Traffic restriction measures

The west bank section of Baotong Bridge of Zicai Bridge.

3. Traffic restrictions

Half of the road surface will be closed on the south side of the west bank section of the Baotong Bridge of the Zicai Bridge, and the one-way traffic from east to west will be prohibited, and all vehicles will be prohibited from passing from west to east.

Fourth, the vehicle detour route

Zicai West Street to Zicai East Street: Zicai West Street - Xinhua Road - Yongfu Bridge Baotong Bridge - Yongfu East Street - Yangfan Avenue - Zicai East Street.

Drivers of vehicles passing through restricted traffic areas are requested to follow the instructions of traffic signs and markings, pay attention to slowing down or detouring, and obey the command and guidance of on-site traffic management personnel. We ask for your understanding for the inconvenience caused by the implementation of traffic restrictions.
