Zhu Huarong, chairman of Changan Automobile, recently announced in AVATAR's official live broadcast that the extended-range models of AVATR 11 and AVATR 12 are planned to be officially launched in September.

At present, the official guide price of AVATR 11 is 300,000 to 390,800 yuan, while the official guide price of AVATR 12 is 265,800 to 400,800 yuan.
The exterior of the AVATR 11 Extended Range Edition continues the coupe-SUV styling of the current model, with design elements such as split C-shaped headlights, black lower grille, and continuous LED taillights.
In terms of dimensions, the length, width and height are 4895/1970/1601 mm, and the wheelbase is 2975 mm, which is basically the same as the pure electric version, and adopts a five-seat layout.
The power system is equipped with a 1.5-liter range extender model of JL469ZQ1 with a maximum power of 115 kW and a drive motor with a maximum power of 231 kW.
Similarly, the AVATR 12 Range Extender retains the four-door hatchback sedan styling of the current model, with a "tail-windowless" design and a grille at the lower end of the nose.
In terms of dimensions, the length, width and height are 5020/1999/1460 (1450) mm, and the wheelbase is 3020 mm, which is similar to the pure electric version.
In terms of power configuration, the AVATR 12 extended range version is also equipped with a 1.5T range extender, with a maximum power of 115 kilowatts, a maximum power of 231 kilowatts of drive motor, and a 39.05 kilowatt-hour lithium iron phosphate battery pack, with a pure electric range of 201 kilometers and a comprehensive fuel consumption of 5.8 liters per 100 kilometers under the lowest state of charge.
Judging from the latest sales data, AVATR 11 and AVATR 12 sold 1,018 and 1,959 units respectively in June, performing well.
AVATR 11 ranks fourth in sales in the all-electric mid- and large-sized SUV segment, while AVATR 12 ranks ninth in the mid- and large-sized sedan market.
