Hengli River waterfront landscape enhancement and breakthrough project was completed in April this year, should not be the case, the reporter asked the district landscaping management office, the staff consulted the relevant materials and said that the two plots do not belong to the construction scope of the project. "The red line of this land does not belong to the construction scope of the Hengli River Waterfront Cultural Landscape Improvement and Breakthrough Project. It is also not a public green space, so it does not fall under the jurisdiction of the Landscape Garden. Yang Weijiao, a staff member of the District Landscaping Management Office, said.

In order to confirm the ownership of the plot, the reporter came to the district land reserve center to understand the situation. The staff said that at present, these two pieces of land are planned commercial land, with an area of about 3 acres, and the ownership is still in the district reserve center. "Before the specific project is implemented, we will work with the local government to manage this land first, so as to avoid overgrown weeds and affect the cultural landscape of the Hengli River." Yin Libin, a staff member of the District Land Reserve Center, said.

As of press time, the Xincheng Road street where the plot is located has arranged for staff to clean up the weeds in advance after learning of the situation. The sub-district said that they will also implement their territorial responsibilities and do a good job in the daily management of the plot.

"On the afternoon of August 3, it was all cleaned up, and we will also arrange staff to inspect and maintain it regularly." Yan Junfeng, head of the third-party greening maintenance company, said.
