It is expected that from 08:00 on August 4 to 08:00 on the 5th, there will be heavy to heavy rain in parts of central and western Heilongjiang, central and western Jilin, central and southern Liaoning, eastern Hebei, northern Shandong, central and northern Henan, eastern and southern Sichuan Basin, southwestern and northern Yunnan, and southeastern Tibet, among them, there will be heavy rain (100~180 mm) in central and southern Liaoning, northern Shandong, southeastern Sichuan Basin, northeast and southwest Yunnan and other places. It is expected that from 08:00 on August 4 to 08:00 on August 5, there will be short-term heavy precipitation with hourly rainfall greater than 20 mm in parts of eastern Inner Mongolia, central and southern Northeast China, central and eastern North China, western and northern Huanghuai, and southwest China, among which, central Liaoning, northern Shandong, southeastern Sichuan Basin, northeastern Yunnan and other places will have local hourly rainfall greater than 50 mm, and the maximum can reach more than 80 mm; Parts of eastern Inner Mongolia, northern and southeastern Shanxi, Hebei, Tianjin, northern and western Henan, northwestern Hubei, northern Shandong, eastern Jiangsu, southern Zhejiang, and central and eastern Fujian will have 8-10 thunderstorms with strong winds or hail.

1. The government and relevant departments shall make preparations for short-term rainstorm, lightning and strong winds in accordance with their duties, and the meteorological department shall prepare for artificial hail prevention operations;

2. Outdoor pedestrians and staff should reduce outdoor activities and stay away from scaffolding, billboards and other structures;

3. Drive poultry and livestock into covered places, close doors and windows and strengthen sheds;

4. Water operations in relevant waters and passing ships should take active countermeasures such as returning to the port to avoid or detouring, and the construction site should pay attention to covering construction materials and properly place outdoor items that are susceptible to heavy rain and hailstorms;
