On August 2, our county held on-site observation and evaluation activities of key projects, Wang Xiucheng, secretary of the county party committee, Pan Jianjun, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county magistrate, Shang Haicheng, director of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, Liu Zhongliang, chairman of the county CPPCC, Li Ziyuan, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of Pingyin Economic Development Zone, Qiao Liang, deputy secretary of the county party committee, and other county leaders led a team to observe 16 major industrial projects in our county, and comprehensively tested the effectiveness of the industry, projects, investment promotion, new industrialization, and high-quality development of the service industry in the first half of the year. Further strengthen confidence, conduct pressure, and encourage the county to go all out to fight the "tough battle" of project construction to ensure the successful completion of this year's goals and tasks.
This observation and evaluation activity adopted a combination of "on-site observation + summary evaluation", and observed 16 projects such as the transformation of the north area of Pingyin County Experimental School (the capital of Fengshan), the upgrading of Jinan Chencai boutique gift box high-end label technology, and the production and manufacturing of metal products in Jinan Jiaxin. We walked all the way, looked all the way, discussed all the way, thought all the way, listened carefully to the introduction of the project, learned more about the project investment scale, construction progress and expected benefits, and gained an in-depth understanding of the results of the project in our county.

Wang Xiucheng pointed out that the observation objectively reflects the construction effectiveness and overall work status of the towns (streets) and development zones, and it is necessary to correctly treat the results of the observation and evaluation, and the leading departments should make persistent efforts and go to the next level to make more contributions to the economic development of the county. Those with backward achievements should adhere to the problem-orientation, come up with real moves, and earnestly unify their thoughts and actions with the arrangements and deployments of the county party committee, so as to support high-quality economic and social development with more good projects and large projects.
To do a good job in the next step, Wang Xiucheng emphasized that there should be a "sense of crisis" to grasp the project. The whole county should take this observation activity as an opportunity to focus on problems such as small project reserves and slow construction speed, continuously strengthen the sense of crisis, and seriously reflect on the difference between "wanting" and "not wanting", "doing" and "not doing", "dare to take responsibility" and "fear of difficulties", "efficient implementation" and "prevarication" and other aspects of the problem, continue to make efforts to make up for shortcomings, strengths and weaknesses, and promote the project construction to a new level. To seek projects, we must have a "good vision". When planning projects, it is necessary to strengthen analysis and judgment, adhere to the work concept of keeping pace with the times, and plan a number of high-quality projects that fit the resource advantages and development direction of our county around national policies, future directions, industrial agglomeration, etc. On the basis of thorough policies, it is necessary to strengthen the upper struggle, do a good job in project planning and packaging with a high starting point and high standards, based on the existing industrial foundation, continue to extend the chain and strengthen the chain, and promote high-quality development with high-standard planning. The introduction of the project must have "real skills". It is necessary to continuously improve the work ability of investment cadres, build a "professional investment promotion" team, actively explore the fund investment model, and accelerate the implementation of a number of high-quality projects. All relevant departments should firmly establish the idea of "a game of chess", use the "enclave policy" to smooth the sharing and landing mechanism of projects in various towns (streets) and development zones, and coordinate the work of attracting projects in the county. The project should have a "strong guarantee". All departments at all levels should seize the golden period of the current project construction, insist on following the elements of the project, make every effort to ensure the land, environmental impact assessment and other elements, implement the whole life cycle tracking management of the project, and constantly improve the government environment. It is necessary to make the urban environment beautiful, vigorously improve the quality of urban functions, increase the attractiveness of high-quality projects and talents, and inject strong momentum into accelerating the realization of the "six leaps" and building a modern Pingyin.
In response to this observation, combined with the recent work, Pan Jianjun analyzed and commented on the problems and the next work direction of the economic development zone and various towns (streets). He pointed out that the economic development zone should continue to promote the "one enterprise, one policy", strengthen the communication between government and enterprises, and ensure the stable growth of the industrial economy. It is necessary to strengthen the determination to promote the construction of the new industrial city in the east and promote the construction of the new city to achieve positive results. Yushan Street should speed up the construction of resettlement houses under construction and create a "red property" party building brand. Jinshui Street should focus on the quality and safety of the project of the west branch of the Jinshui River to ensure that the project is built quickly and effective. Ancheng Town should give full play to the role of the main position of industrial projects and strengthen the service to key industrial enterprises such as landscape cement in its jurisdiction. Rose Town should consolidate the foundation for the development of the rose industry, serve the German enterprises of Mei, and promote the steady development of various industries. Dong'e Town should do a good job in improving the Ejiao industry chain, and actively promote and replicate the successful experience of rural revitalization and development in Beishi Village. Hongfanchi Town should intensify efforts to attract projects and actively improve the fiscal and taxation structure. Kongcun Town should do a good job in improving the environmental protection of existing carbon enterprises and actively promote the integration of logistics data. Xiaozhi Town should do a good job in tapping the potential of existing enterprises, and effectively solve the problems of projects, tax sources and vegetables. Development zones and towns and streets should carefully examine their own shortcomings, find the direction of efforts, make progress and upgrade together, and promote better and faster economic and social development in the county.
