1. What are drugs?

6. What are the penalties for young people who use drugs?

For adult drug abuse, Article 72 of the "People's Republic of China Public Security Administration Punishment Law" stipulates that they shall be detained for not less than 10 days but not more than 15 days, and may be fined up to 2,000 yuan; where the circumstances are more minor, they are to be detained for up to 5 days or fined up to 500 RMB.

7. How to prevent drugs?
