(1) Use your leisure time to generate videos from project documents or screen recording files in batches;
(2) Batch generate audio files from the sounds in the video, or generate Gif from the video in batches;
Second, the operation steps
Step 1: Prepare at least two project documents or screen recording files in advance;
Step 2: Open "Batch Export", there are three methods;
Method 1: Click "Batch Export" in "File" in the menu bar.
Method 2: Click "Batch Export" in the menu bar "Export".
Method three, click "Export" in the upper right corner of the software, and click "Batch Export" in the open submenu, as shown in the following figure;

Step 3: Click Batch Export and open the Batch Export dialog box, as shown in the following figure.

Click Add File/Project in the upper left corner, and there are three formats that can be imported, namely tscproj (project file), trec (screen recording file), and MP4 (video format), as shown in the figure below.

If you want to import a video or screen recording file, click on any of the 2 options below before you can import it!
For importing engineering project files, only one can be added at a time, so if there are multiple engineering project files, you need to repeat the operation many times; Mr. San Lang will introduce you to the project documents as an example; After importing, it is shown in the figure below;

Step 4: After importing, you can delete, select the export format, and modify the storage location of the generated file.
For deletion, you can right-click on the name of the file, not in the space behind the name, or in the selected "Preset", such as "Basic MP4 Format", and right-click on the "Export Location" of the file, and click "Remove" in the shortcut menu that opens; You cannot delete them in batches, but only one by one.
For the export format, select it from the drop-down menu in Preset;
For the modification of "Export Location", you can directly click the corresponding export location of the file to modify the saved location;
In the new version of "Batch Export", you can't set the relevant properties of each exported video separately, the exported video is exported according to the properties set by the previous project, for example, the resolution of "Electronic Album" is 1280*720, and the resolution of "Course" is 1920*1080, and the resolution of the video generated by "Electronic Album" after export is 1280*720, and the resolution of "Course" exported video is 1920*1080!
Step 5: After the settings are completed, click "Start Export" in the lower right corner, and the video will be generated from top to bottom.
