NBA 2K25 New Video Showcasing ProPLAY Animations/New Dribble Engine

NBA 2K25 may not have many drastic changes compared to its predecessor, but developer Visual Concepts is still working on several improvements to the action on the court. Game Director Mike Wang has provided new details about this in a newly uploaded trailer for a courtside report.

First of all, NBA 2K25 will introduce all-new ProPLAY animations, with a total of over 9,000 new animations, including dribbling, iconic shots, off-ball movements, and more. In addition to this, this year's game features an all-new dribble engine that was built from the ground up and has been hailed as the biggest game change in years for the NBA 2K series.

NBA 2K25's new dribbling engine complements ProPLAY and will focus on dynamic, real-time action and movement, rather than pre-rendering and animating like previous games.

In addition to this, players can also look forward to several other improvements such as shot cancellations, signature shots, a new defensive break system, various AI improvements, a new tutorial mode called Learn 2K, and more. Watch the video below for more details.

《NBA 2K25》将于 9 月 6 日发售,登陆 PS5、Xbox Series X/S、PS4、Xbox One、任天堂 Switch 和 PC。
