preface
NetEase Yanxuan has launched a portable card fan, this fan adopts an ultra-thin body design, with three levels of wind speed adjustment, and a large-area five-blade fan brings strong wind power while being quieter and more comfortable to use. The fan has a built-in brushless motor, which has low noise and long life.
The fan also has a built-in 2000mAh 18650 battery, which can provide about 10 hours of ultra-long battery life, which can meet the needs of outdoor use. This fan is available in two colors, off-white and olive green, to meet the needs of different scenarios. The following new observation of electrical appliances will bring the dismantling of NetEase's carefully selected portable card fan, and let's take a look at the internal design and materials.
NetEase Yan player picks up the card fan and unpacks the box
NetEase Yan's card fan is packaged in a carton, and the words Home Selection and the front rendering of the fan are printed on the carton.
On the other side, there is a handcard fan and the words NetEase Strict Selection.
On the side of the box is printed fan product information and manufacturer information.
Inside the package is the fan body, charging cable and instruction manual.
The measured fan height is about 177mm.
The fan width is about 144.6mm.
The fan thickness is about 30mm.
The measured weight of the fan is about 244.4g.
The fan bracket supports 180° rotation, and a sticker is pasted on the back of the motor to mark the fan parameters.
The lower left corner of the fan is marked with the words NetEase Strict Selection.
The fan is supported by a hinge bracket for table air supply.
There are two rubber pads on the fan bracket for non-slip.
The fan uses a Micro-USB port for charging.
Using the included USB-A to Micro-USB cable, the fan charging current is about 0.77A and the charging power is 3.91W.
The wind speed of the fan is roughly measured by an anemometer of about 5.7 m/s.
NetEase Yan player picks up the card fan and disassembles it
After reading the appearance display and simple test of this fan, let's disassemble it and take a look at the internal design and materials together.
First, use a crowbar to disassemble the case along the housing seams.
There is an 18650 battery and PCBA module inside the hinge at the bottom of the fan.
Close-up of the fan power button and indicator light hood.
Take out the indicator light hood and make it of black rubber.
The fan housing is made of ABS material.
There is a PCBA module and an 18650 battery inside the fan shaft.
The 18650 battery is fixed with double-sided tape, the fan is connected with a white connector, and the battery is connected with a red connector.
The built-in 18650 battery is from Shenzhen Huapeng Times, with a capacity of 2000mAh, a rated voltage of 3.7V, and an energy of 7.4Wh, which has passed the KC certification. The battery is covered with heat shrinkable skin insulation, and there is a protective plate inside.
The front of the PCBA module is at a glance, the left side is the connection socket of the filter capacitor and the fan, the red is the battery connection socket, and there is a charging indicator on the right side of the socket. There is a Micro-USB socket and a power button on the right side, and an I-shaped inductor and diode on the left side.
The back of the PCBA module is equipped with a charging chip and an MCU.

The Micro-USB socket is secured with via soldering.
The battery charging chip is silkscreened ASC4056, which is a linear lithium battery charging chip with ESOP8 package.
LED indicators are used to indicate the battery charge status and fan operation status.
The MCU used for boost control is an 8-bit MCU with an integrated ADC in an SOP16 package from FMD FT61E143A. The MCU outputs a PWM signal for boost control, and adjusts the speed of the fan by changing the output voltage of the boost to achieve gear control.
Close-up of 10μH I-shaped inductor for fan boost.
The filter capacitor specification is 100μF 25V.
Close-up of a switch welded through via.
Next, disassemble the fan, first remove the fan sticker, and there are two fixing screws inside.
Close-up of the fan motor and the wire platen.
Disassemble and separate the fan blade rotor and motor stator.
Close-up of the stator of a brushless motor with a plain bearing in the center.
A Hall element is provided on the side of the stator to detect the rotor position.
The Hall chip is a 350mA single-coil fan driver with integrated reverse power supply protection, the chip supports 2.4-18V working voltage, integrates 2.1Ω full OCH477H-bridge driver, integrates overtemperature protection inside, and adopts SIP-4L package.

Electrical New Observation Dismantling Summary
Finally, a list of NetEase Yan's card fans and performance devices is attached for your convenience.
The NetEase Yan Athlete Lift Fan is designed with an ultra-thin body, which is easy to carry and store. The large-area five-blade fan design, with a brushless motor, has strong wind power and still has a good silent experience, and the fan is powered by a built-in 18650 lithium battery, which can provide 10 hours of battery life and meet all-day use.
Through dismantling, NetEase Yanxuan has a built-in 18650 battery of the Huapeng era, the battery is equipped with a heat shrinkable seal, and is equipped with a protection board, and the power input is charged to the built-in battery through the ASC4056 linear charging chip, and the MCU FT61E143A the battery voltage to power the fan, and change the fan gear through different voltages output. The fan adopts ABS shell, and the interface and buttons are welded and fixed by vias, and the overall design is solid and reliable.
