There was heavy rainfall in North and Northeast China and Guangdong, Guizhou and Yunnan
Summary:
During the day today, heavy to heavy rain occurred in parts of Beijing, Yunnan, Guangxi and other places, and high temperature weather occurred in Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang and other places. It is expected that in the next three days, there will be a risk of heavy rain disasters in some areas of Northeast China, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Yunnan, and we will pay attention to urban waterlogging, small and medium-sized river floods, mountain floods, and geological disasters that may be caused; Huanghuai, Jianghuai, central and eastern Jiangnan and other places pay attention to the high temperature weather and its impact.
1. Weather conditions
1. Heavy to heavy rain occurred in Beijing, Yunnan, Guangxi and other places
During the day today, heavy to heavy rain occurred in parts of Beijing, northern Hebei and western Chongqing, western and southern Yunnan, southern and eastern Guangxi, and southeastern Guangxi, and local heavy rain in northeast Beijing and Dehong in Yunnan, Qinzhou in Guangxi, and extremely heavy rain in Miyun, Beijing, with a maximum hourly rainfall of 30~88 mm in some of the above areas.
2. High temperature weather in Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang and other places
During the day today, Shandong, Jiangsu, Anhui, western Zhejiang, eastern Hubei, northeast Hunan, northern Jiangxi and Xinjiang experienced high temperature weather of 35~39 °C, and 40~46.5 °C in Turpan and Bayingolin in Xinjiang.
2. Key weather forecasts
There was heavy rainfall in North and Northeast China and Guangdong, Guizhou and Yunnan
From the night of July 30 to 31, there were heavy to heavy rains in central and northern North China, most of Northeast China, southern South China, southern Yunnan, northern Chongqing and other places, with heavy rain in some areas, locally extremely heavy rain, accompanied by strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds.
The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue an orange warning for heavy rain and a yellow warning for severe convective weather at 6 p.m. on July 30. From 20:00 on July 30 to 20:00 on the 31st, there were heavy to heavy rains in parts of southeastern Inner Mongolia, southern Heilongjiang, central and western Jilin, central and western Liaoning, Beijing, Tianjin, northeast Hebei, northern Chongqing, southwestern Yunnan, southern Guangxi and other places, including heavy rains in parts of southeastern Inner Mongolia, southeastern Heilongjiang, central and western Jilin, northeast Hebei, northeast Beijing, southern Guangxi and other places, and extremely heavy rains (250~280 mm) in central Jilin and other places, Some of the above areas are accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation (the maximum hourly rainfall is 20~50 mm, and it can exceed 80 mm locally) (see Figure 1). Some areas of central and eastern Inner Mongolia, north-central and northwestern Northeast China, northern North China, northern Jianghan, western Huanghuai and other places will have thunderstorms with strong winds or hail above level 8, among which, some areas in north-central Jilin, northern Liaoning, northeast Hebei and other places will have thunderstorms and strong winds of more than 10, and the maximum wind force can reach more than 11 (see Figure 2).

3. Specific forecast for the next three days
From 20:00 on July 30 to 20:00 on the 31st, there were heavy to heavy rains in parts of southeastern Inner Mongolia, southern Heilongjiang, central and western Jilin, central and western Liaoning, Beijing, Tianjin, northeast Hebei, northern Chongqing, southwestern Yunnan, and southern Guangxi, among which there were heavy rainstorms in parts of southeastern Inner Mongolia, southeastern Heilongjiang, central and western Jilin, northeast Hebei, northeast Beijing, and southern Guangxi, and local heavy rains (250~280 mm) in central Jilin and other places. Some areas along the Tianshan Mountains and the southern Xinjiang basin have winds of level 4~6, among which some areas in eastern Xinjiang have winds of level 7~8 (see Figure 3).

From 20:00 on July 31 to 20:00 on August 1, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of central Inner Mongolia, eastern and western Northeast China, northern Hebei, western Hunan, southern Southwest China, and northern South China, among which, heavy rain (50~80 mm) occurred in parts of northeast Heilongjiang and southern Yunnan. Some areas of central Inner Mongolia, northeast Heilongjiang, Liaodong Peninsula, Hexi of Gansu, northern Zhejiang and other places have 4~6 winds, of which some areas in the southern Xinjiang basin and eastern Xinjiang have 6~7 winds (see Figure 4).

From 20:00 on August 1 to 20:00 on the 2nd, there was moderate to heavy rain in parts of northeast Inner Mongolia, the central, eastern and western parts of Northeast China, and northwest Guangxi, among which there were heavy rains (50~60 mm) in parts of southwestern Heilongjiang and other places. Some areas in central Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang along the Tianshan Mountains, and southern Anhui have 4~5 winds (see Figure 5).
