Air Canada hostess yells! The passengers on the plane left the plane in a collective rage! Flight cancellations
The flight attendant in everyone's impression may be soft, beautiful, considerate, soft-spoken... However, some flight attendants in Canada may not be the same as you think.
Recently, a flight attendant in Canada became "famous". The flight attendant yelled at a passenger on the plane, which made all the passengers on the plane angry, and they collectively stood in line to boycott the flight attendant, and all got off the plane, and the result was: the entire flight was canceled.
Air Canada said it was investigating a clash between passengers and crew that caused a flight to be canceled, BlogTo reported.
Aviation news website FL360aero shared a video on social media purportedly of the incident. The video shows a flight attendant yelling at a passenger.
Canada confirmed in an emailed statement that the incident occurred on flight AC73 from Casablanca to Montreal on July 26.
According to FL360aero, the plane was taxiing for takeoff, and sources said a female passenger wanted a blanket "because the air conditioning was too cold."
In the video, a flight attendant walks down the aisle and yells at passengers in French.
"I don't want my crew to be bullied, okay? Everybody have to behave," she shouted. "Be quiet and fasten your seatbelts or you'll get off the plane!"
Finally, she shouted as she walked to the work area.
One passenger commented, "Well, I like that attitude. Look at this attitude. ”
According to reports, the flight attendant called the police to tell the passenger to get off the plane. However, all other passengers allegedly left the plane to support the passenger, which led to the airline having to cancel the flight.
Although Canada did not provide further details about the incident, it said the passengers left the next day on the same plane, but were piloted and served by different crew members.
Air Canada said they took the incident "very seriously".
"We are reviewing the matter and will take appropriate action. We apologize to our customers and deeply regret that their experience yesterday was nowhere near what they expected when flying with Canada," the Air Canada statement read.
"We inform our passengers of the compensation we will provide, not only to compensate for the delay, but also to take into account the nature of this particular event, which does not reflect our values of hospitality."
After the video was exposed, netizens also exploded:
Look at this screaming lady
Is it that hard to give a blanket?
This is Air Canada, surprised
I am so proud of the solidarity of the passengers on the plane!
But some netizens said that this may be just part of the storyline, and we don't know about other things that happened before.
