For example, when Trump was in office, Israel asked United States to tear up the "Iran nuclear deal", and the United States tore up the "Iran nuclear deal" and assassinated the famous Iran general Soleimani; Israel asked United States to help carry out diplomatic actions, Trump single-handedly brokered the Abraham Accords, which helped Israel normalize relations with four Arab countries: U.A.E., Bahrain, Sudan and Morocco;

It can be said that Trump's partiality towards Israel is insane, and he completely disregards many of Washington's neutral positions. Until now, Netanyahu's government is nostalgic for the Trump administration, calling it the "golden years" of United States and Israel. Moreover, Netanyahu's government has predicted that as long as Trump returns to the White House, Israel will be able to handle the Gaza war more freely, as well as any post-war political and security arrangements.
Trump also made a statement about Netanyahu's expectations. Speaking to reporters before meeting Netanyahu, he said that if he loses the 2024 United States election, it could trigger a "third world war."
The logic is that Trump believes that he can make the Middle East issue simple, and that the Democratic leaders will detonate a large-scale war in the Middle East that could lead to World War III.
Just 24 hours before his meeting with Netanyahu, Trump had publicly stated that the war in Gaza had taken a toll on Israel's reputation. He urged Israel to better manage its "public relations" and end the war with Hamas as soon as possible.
After seeing Trump's "change of attitude", Netanyahu also immediately changed his tune, saying that he hoped that the trip to the United States would "bring about a ceasefire agreement faster", and he would send a team to Rome to negotiate a ceasefire.
It should be noted that Trump and Netanyahu have changed their stance on Gaza in a short period of time, agreeing to "achieve a ceasefire as soon as possible", which is an unlikely event. One plausible explanation is that Trump and Netanyahu are staging a "double act" in which Trump is increasing his popularity and Netanyahu is using it to reduce the pressure on himself and Israel.
