A few days ago, the Yakeshi City Fire and Rescue Bureau carried out fire safety emergency drills in residential communities, promoting training with "drills", building defense with "practice", and working together with communities, properties, residents and other parties to comprehensively improve the fire emergency response capabilities of the community and enhance the awareness of fire safety.
The drill simulated a fire in the household's home, and the property personnel immediately activated the emergency rescue plan, and the fire commanders and fighters carried fire hydrants, hoses and other fire-fighting facilities to quickly extinguish the initial fire and rescue the trapped residents. After the drill, the fire commanders and fighters carried out fire safety knowledge training for the participants and residents of the community, distributed brochures, and instructed the masses on how to correctly extinguish fires and save themselves in emergencies.
Sun Zhen, deputy director of the Yakeshi City Planning Seventh Street Fire and Rescue Station, said that the fire drill aimed to improve the fire safety awareness and self-defense and self-rescue ability of residents, and also tested the emergency response ability and operation of fire-fighting facilities and equipment in the community. In the future, the Yakeshi Fire and Rescue Bureau will continue to strengthen fire safety management, regularly carry out fire drills and publicity activities, and create a safe and harmonious living environment for residents.
The drill lasted for one month, and up to now more than 60 communities in our city have carried out fire drills. The Yakeshi Fire and Rescue Bureau will continue to improve the emergency response plan, unite all parties to jointly promote the in-depth development of fire safety work, and build a strong safety "firewall".
