In 1981, 18-year-old Liu Yupu joined Hong Kong's Shaw Brothers Pictures. With her excellent martial arts kung fu, she is positioned as a "beating woman". Three years later, the opportunity came. In 1984, Liu Yupu starred in the role of Zhao Min in the TV series "Heaven and Dragon Slayer". Her performance amazed the audience and was known as "the most beautiful Zhao Min".
For a time, Liu Yupu became a leader in the martial arts drama industry, and his star journey was bright. However, fate played a cruel joke on her.
Marriage Nightmare: The Devil Under the Mask of Tenderness
In 1985, 22-year-old Liu Yupu met Pastor Zhang Jianzhong. Zhang Jianzhong is gentle and elegant, and considerate to Liu Yupu. Liu Yupu thought that she had finally met the true love of her life, and married him despite her family's opposition.

Each time, she struggled on the line of death. But every time, she had to continue to endure this life. It wasn't until 2007, after more than 50 suicide attempts, that Liu Yupu finally made up his mind to divorce Zhang Jianzhong.
However, life did not change for the better after the divorce. Liu Yupu is homeless, and even her parents are unwilling to accept her. She had to make ends meet by selling paintings and giving speeches.
The Last Days: Death in Loneliness and Despair
In early May 2009, Liu Yupu moved into a small apartment in Taipei. Neighbors recalled that she was always a loner and rarely interacted with people. On May 10, Mother's Day, Liu Yupu spoke to his family on the phone for the last time. On the phone, she seemed calm and even made a few jokes.
No one knew that this would be the last conversation she had before she died. Three days later, 46-year-old Liu Yupu was found dead alone at home. According to the forensic examination, she died of a heart attack.
