After investigation, as of July 22, 2024, a total of 92 school buses in the city have not obtained valid school bus plates, in accordance with the "Henan Province Implementation of the School Bus Safety Management Regulations" Measures for announcement, please involve the school bus owners as soon as possible to the relevant departments to apply for school bus use permits, school bus signs application and renewal work.
Article 18 of the Regulations on the Safety Management of School Buses People's Republic of China Order of the State Council (No. 617), "It is forbidden to use vehicles that have not obtained school bus plates to provide school bus services".
Article 45, the first paragraph of the use of vehicles that have not obtained school bus plates to provide school bus services, or the use of people who have not obtained school bus driving qualifications to drive school buses, by the traffic management department of the public security organs to detain the motor vehicle, a fine of not less than 10,000 yuan but not more than 20,000 yuan, illegal gains shall be confiscated. Anyang traffic police warm tips: the school should be in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the school bus license to rent a school bus, establish and improve the school bus safety management system, strengthen the safety maintenance of school buses, and strictly supervise the car care personnel to perform their duties conscientiously.
