The 6th Chinese Zodiac Themed Collection Expo, co-sponsored by the Playing Card Collection Committee of the China Collectors Association, the Beijing Zodiac Philatelic Research Association, the Collecting and Newspaper Branch of the China Newspaper Association and the Beijing Tourism Ticket Collection Association, will be held from October 28 to 31.
On the morning of October 28th, the launch ceremony of the commemorative cover of "The 6th Chinese Zodiac Theme Collection Expo and the 15th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Beijing Zodiac Philatelic Research Association" will be held at the Beijing Zodiac Cultural Theme Post Office (Niujie Post Office).
The event was held in the form of online, holding stamp collections, poker exhibitions, newspaper exhibitions, ticket exhibitions and "cross-border" comprehensive exhibitions with the themes of the centenary of the founding of the Party, zodiac culture and the Beijing Winter Olympics.
In order to congratulate the holding of this event, the Organizing Committee of the Expo specially produced 1 commemorative cover of the "6th Chinese Zodiac Theme Collection Exposition" and 2 commemorative stamps. The monogram of the commemorative cover was inscribed by Yang Limin, former president of the National Philatelic Federation, and designed by stamp designer Zhang Ermiao. The commemorative postal jane uses two cattle-themed works by young painter Yang Quansheng, designed by Li Weigang and Bai Jie. The 1st to 6th Zodiac Collection Expo commemorative stamp fold, "Hundred Bulls" art poker, "Chinese and Foreign Celebrities Born in the Year of the Ox" long bar poker and "The 6th Chinese Zodiac Theme Collection Expo" souvenirs will be issued at the same time.
