From January to June, the national online retail sales were 7,099.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.8%. Among them, the online retail sales of physical goods were 5,959.6 billion yuan, an increase of 8.8 percent, accounting for 25.3 percent of the total retail sales of consumer goods; Among the online retail sales of physical goods, food, clothing and consumer goods increased by 17.8%, 7.0% and 7.8% respectively.
