Mr Sun said that the CSSS had been trialled by the Innovation and Technology Bureau of Hong Kong since last month, and the adaptation process is progressing smoothly, and it is expected that the system will soon be extended to other bureaux. He previously pointed out that the system refers to the level of OpenAI's ChatGPT, hoping to reduce the workload of civil servants and improve work efficiency through this system, emphasizing that the database is self-built and has the characteristics of both Hong Kong and the mainland.

According to reports, the Hong Kong SAR government is preparing to set up an artificial intelligence supercomputing center in Cyberport, which will be put into operation in the second half of this year at the earliest. As for the question of whether Hong Kong will enact a "data law" and whether there is a legislative timetable, Sun Dong responded that the preparatory work for the "data law" has begun, but the process involved in formulating the "data law" will be relatively long and complicated, and the relevant departments are referring to the relevant laws and regulations in the surrounding areas, and the "data law" will be called out when the time is ripe.
Sun Dong said that more than 2.8 million people have registered to use the "iAM Smart" mobile app of the SAR government, accounting for about 40% of Hong Kong's population over the age of 11. As of last year, the number of users has reached 30 million, exceeding the expected target. Starting from 11 July, the HKSAR Government has launched a new version of the "iAM Smart" mobile app, which greatly simplifies the user registration process and is believed to see a significant increase in the number of users in the future.

Chan mentioned that he had listened to other countries' suggestions on the human rights situation in China, including Hong Kong and Macau, and responded this month. Among them, there are more than 400 proposals, 24 of which concern Hong Kong, and 10 of which are accepted by Hong Kong, most of which are ongoing, such as human rights and the rule of law. The other 14 items, including the repeal of the Hong Kong National Security Law and the repeal of Article 23 of the Basic Law, are unacceptable.
