Focus on promoting two major renovation projects
According to the plan, in the next three years (2024-2027), Xiaojiejiao Community will actively promote the project and construction, further optimize the community industrial environment, and lay the foundation for the long-term development of the community economy.
The renovation project of the old factory building on Jiedongnan Road, with an area of about 38,000 square meters, plans to carry out project planning and feasibility study in 2025.
After the expiration of the lease contract of the plot (September 30, 2026), it will be renovated to promote the intensive and economical use of inefficient land in the community and further expand the collective economic income.

The renovation project of Fuhe Plaza, with an area of about 6,600 square meters, plans to build it into a commercial plaza, integrating supermarkets, entertainment and leisure and characteristic Internet celebrity check-in points.
After the completion of the renovation of Fuhe Plaza, it is expected to drive the annual income of the collective economy to increase by about 2 million yuan per year.
Currently, the project is in the design application stage and is expected to be completed in June 2026.

Build a new village gatehouse and a big stage
The community adheres to the concept of "improving the living environment is to serve the people's livelihood and promote development", and closely combines the improvement of the living environment with the improvement of the quality of life of residents and the revitalization of rural areas, and strives to create a beautiful village suitable for living and working.
——In order to further promote this work, the community plans to invest 2 million yuan to rebuild the gate tower of the new village, and install intelligent entrance and exit control systems and monitoring equipment;

The old synagogue will be transformed into a village history museum
In order to cooperate with the stage renovation project of the new village, the Xiaojiejiao community also plans to invest more than 100,000 yuan to build a new public toilet.
The planning of public toilets will fully consider the characteristics of the large flow of people for recreation, recreation and fitness in the park, and provide a sufficient number of squatting places to ensure that the toilet needs of residents can be met.
In addition, Xiaojiejiao also plans to repair the pavement of Binhe Road, mainly by repaving about 16,700 square meters of cement pavement and sidewalks; Widening Jinjie Road and renovating the scenery along the line, improving the living environment of the community, and bringing a good travel experience to the masses.

Promoting the construction of cultural "soft power" and helping the revitalization of rural culture are also important contents of the community's implementation of the "Millions and Millions Project".
To this end, Xiaojiejiao plans to upgrade the historical building "Synagogue" into a 444-square-meter village history museum, which is expected to be completed in 2028.
