Among them, jade fungus has a variety of special curative effects such as clearing the lungs and invigorating qi, lowering lipids, lowering plasma cholesterol, and inhibiting platelet aggregation; It is rich in amino acids, vitamins and alcohols and a variety of biological enzymes, as well as polyphenols, polysaccharides, flavonoids and other bioactive components, which are often used in analgesic and anti-inflammatory, improving immunity, repairing damaged organs and regulating body functions. According to the expert appraisal of the China Edible Fungi Association, the mushroom production and quality have reached the best level in the region.
In order to vigorously promote the first collective industry under the forest in Doudian Town and help Lucun promote fresh edible mushrooms, the three first secretaries of Doudian Town used the weekend time to set up the "First Secretary Gongfu Doudian Sales Booth" in many markets such as Tianyuan Daji, Wangchu Huimin Daji, and Yuzhuang Market, to recommend understory picking, introduce the nutritional value of products, and explain cooking methods to nearby villagers. Up to now, a total of more than 50 catties of edible fungi have been sold, more than 400 product promotion leaflets have been distributed, and more than 10 old customers have been delivered after tasting, forming a long-term sales booth, and preparing for the sales promotion of the second batch of products in advance, generating nearly 10,000 yuan of income for the village collective.
