Migrant workers in urban areas are an important contributor to economic and social development, and it is the bounden duty of the whole society to care for their children. Since 2020, the Gulou District Customs Working Committee has held summer nursery classes for five consecutive years, integrating the concepts of "care", "management" and "teaching", and setting up courses such as patriotic education, traditional culture, mental health, and popular science knowledge, aiming to provide a healthier and happier growth environment for the children of migrant workers in the city.
In recent years, the Gulou District Customs Working Committee has actively created "two integrations", that is, integrating into the "Gulou Great Ideology and Politics" and integrating into the "Happiness Circle for the Integration of the Old and the Young", so as to escort the healthy growth of teenagers.
