Announcement of the cancellation of license plates, driving licenses and registration certificates
According to Article 35 of the Regulations on the Safety Supervision and Administration of Agricultural Machinery and Article 23 of the Regulations on the Registration of Tractors and Combine Harvesters, after cleaning and verification, there are 3,262 tractors in Yanshan County whose service life has reached the end of their life, and their license plates, driving licenses, and registration certificates are now announced to be invalid.
The period of this announcement is 30 days, please involve the tractor owner (user) from the date of the announcement, immediately stop using, and the tractor will be sent to the legal, qualified motor vehicle scrapping and recycling enterprises in accordance with the provisions of the registration, dismantling, destruction and other processing, and bring the tractor number plate, driving license, registration certificate to Yanshan County Agricultural Machinery Safety Service Center (formerly Yanshan County Agricultural Machinery Safety Supervision Station) to apply for cancellation of registration.
If the applicant fails to apply for cancellation of registration within 15 days after the expiration of the announcement, it shall be deemed that it cannot be recovered, and the Yanshan County Bureau of Agriculture, Rural Affairs and Science and Technology will cancel the registration in the system in accordance with this announcement, and at the same time report to the county public security traffic police department. If it continues to be used, all legal consequences arising from it shall be the sole responsibility of the owner of the tractor (owner).
