Tian Zichun, a native of Qingdao, Shandong, graduated from Shandong Academy of Arts, a national first-class art director, a national first-class artist, a national cultural advanced worker, enjoys the special government allowance of the State Council, a member of the Shandong Provincial Art Senior Title Review Committee, an academic member of the Shandong Provincial Calligraphy and Painting Society, and was hired as a senior painter by the Shandong Academy of Painting in 1997, and the vice president of the Confucius Academy of Painting and Calligraphy.
In 1997, the Chinese painting works were collected by the Education and Science Commission of the National People's Congress and displayed in the office building of the National People's Congress;
In 1998, he was invited to participate in the "Celebration of Hong Kong's Return to the Motherland Famous Artists Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" at the National Art Museum of China;
In 1996, the then Minister of Culture, on behalf of the Chinese cultural delegation, presented four Chinese paintings to the Korean government, which were collected by the Korean Art Center, the National Museum, the Gyeongju Museum, and the Hoam Art Museum.
In 2008, his Chinese painting works won the first prize of Shandong Provincial Cultural System Art and Calligraphy Exhibition.
