Recently, the Party Committee of Xinyu Community, Heilinpu Street, took the party building to lead the grassroots governance as the starting point, and actively explored the linkage of "school, society and enterprise" in the Haiyuan Campus of Jinqiao College of Kunming University of Science and Technology in the jurisdiction, and built a platform for college students' entrepreneurship and employment "Box Tribe - Characteristic Campus Training Base".
Under the proposal and leading organization of the Party Committee of Xinyu Community, many units in the jurisdiction have carried out on-site visits, surveys and discussions and consultations for many times, and determined the "one leader, two gatherings" college students "training + entrepreneurship + employment" model of the characteristic campus training base. "One leader" is guided by party building and co-construction, giving full play to the advantages of community party committee resources overall planning and coordination, leading grassroots governance, and actively docking with Yunnan Kanglu Education Investment Management Co., Ltd., highlighting the important guarantee role of state-owned enterprises as "ballast stone", providing a solid policy guarantee, rich resource accumulation and market experience for entrepreneurial youth, and greatly reducing the entrepreneurial risk of students. In terms of "two gatherings", the project takes Jinqiao College of Kunming University of Science and Technology as a demonstration, focuses on the resources of colleges and universities in the jurisdiction, and gathers a number of private enterprises to jointly provide entrepreneurship and employment guidance for college students, and help college students polish their entrepreneurial skills and accumulate practical experience. This innovative model effectively integrates the stability of state-owned enterprises, the intellectual resources of colleges and universities, and the flexibility of private enterprises, providing strong support for the growth and development of college students.
Under the guidance of the community party committee, the training base adopts the actual combat and "quasi-market" operation mode to provide a business incubation platform. In close cooperation with colleges and universities, we have launched a wealth of practical opportunities such as new media training, campus training live broadcast rooms, and photo contests, which not only improve students' professional skills and practical experience, but also lay a solid foundation for their future career development. At the same time, the project also actively organizes entrepreneurship competitions, entrepreneurship story sharing sessions and other activities to encourage more college students to join the wave of innovation and entrepreneurship by sharing entrepreneurial experiences and stories. Among them, a number of student projects such as the "Sanbai Coffee" project and the "Jinkan Campus" of Softsource Technology have been successfully incubated and landed on the platform, setting an example for more college students who are interested in starting a business.
The community promotes the implementation of the project, allowing college students to engage in meaningful practical activities in their spare time, which plays a positive role in promoting the creation of a harmonious campus and community culture and achieves a win-win situation. As a concrete practice of serving the people's livelihood, the Party Committee of Xinyu Community will continue to sum up experience, continue to deepen the "one leader, two gathering" model of the characteristic training base, continuously improve the service system, enrich the participating members, improve the quality of service, and strive to realize the community employment training concept of "admission is training" and "graduation is employment", and actively build a bridge between young college students and universities, communities and enterprises, so as to provide a broad support platform for young students to realize their dreams of entrepreneurship and employment.
