Eligibility
(1) Applicants should meet the following conditions at the same time:
1. Good political quality, law-abiding, decent style, strong sense of responsibility, love urban management.
2. No violations of laws and disciplines, no participation in illegal organizations, and no dismissal or expulsion from the original unit.
3. Good health, good facial features, no limb disability, no stuttering, no color blindness, no infectious diseases, no tattoos, no mental illness and genetic history.
4. Obey the organizational arrangement and post transfer.
5. Meet the basic conditions such as post education, household registration, age and job requirements stipulated in the "Dangtu County Urban Management Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade 2024 Open Recruitment Labor Dispatch Staff Job Plan" (Annex 1), of which "under the age of 35" is "born after July 6, 1988" and "under the age of 40" is "born after July 6, 1983 (inclusive)".
(2) Those who fall under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply for the examination:
1. Personnel who do not meet the requirements of the recruitment conditions.
2. Full-time college students.
3. Active-duty military personnel.
4. Persons who have been identified by the government human resources and social security department as having disciplinary violations in the examination and are within the suspension period.
5. Persons who have previously received criminal punishment for crimes, persons who have been dismissed from public office, persons who have received Party or government disciplinary sanctions for which the period has not yet expired or are undergoing disciplinary review, persons who are in the period of criminal punishment or who are undergoing judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion.
6. Persons who have malicious untrustworthy conduct that has been entered into the judgment defaulters list by the court and has not been revoked so far.
7. Persons who have other circumstances that are not suitable for the post and are not allowed to participate in the examination or employment as prescribed by law.
Recruitment Procedures and Applications
The recruitment work will be carried out in accordance with the steps of announcement, registration, qualification review, written examination, interview, physical examination and inspection, publicity and recruitment.
(1) Registration
1. Registration time: July 6, 2024 to July 12, 2024 at 17:00.
2. Registration is carried out through online registration.
Online registration: Candidates log in to the Xinhua Human Resources Online Registration Examination System (http://masxhrl.ikaowu.com) to register, and the information filled in is untrue, incomplete or incorrect when registering. You must use the same valid ID to register and take the test.
Registration materials: My valid resident ID card (front and back of ID card), household registration booklet (foreign household registration needs to provide proof of long-term fixed residence in Dangtu County), academic certificate and discharge certificate (retired soldiers need to provide) and other relevant supporting materials, please upload the scanned copies of the above materials as required.
3. The ratio of the number of applicants to the number of job recruitment plans should not be less than 3:1, and if it is less than 3:1, it will be reported to the examination leading group for determination according to the actual registration situation and the actual work needs.
(2) Qualification review
1. The content of the qualification review is mainly to review whether the relevant materials and certificates submitted by the candidates when registering meet the qualification conditions and whether they are true and valid.
2. The results of the qualification review will be announced on the WeChat public account of Ma'anshan Xinhua Human Resources Co., Ltd.
3. The qualification review will run through the entire recruitment process, and if it is found that all relevant matters such as violating the principles and qualifications of recruitment, the candidate's application or employment qualification will be cancelled.
(3) Examinations
The examination is conducted through a combination of written test and interview.
1. Written test
(1) Time and place of receiving the written test admission ticket: the specific time and place will be announced separately;
(2) Time and place of the written test: The specific time and place will be announced separately;
(3) Scope of the written test: post professional knowledge + comprehensive knowledge (official document writing, current affairs and politics, computer knowledge, etc.);
(4) Written test time: 120 minutes;
(5) Full score of written test: 100 points;
(6) Bonus points for the written test: 3 points for the written test for veterans;
(7) The list of shortlisted interviewers for the written examination will be announced on the WeChat public account of Ma'anshan Xinhua Human Resources Co., Ltd. in a timely manner, please pay attention to it.
2. Interview
(1) According to the ratio of 3:1 between the number of candidates and the number of job plans, the interview candidates will be determined according to the written test results from high to low scores. If there are several candidates with the same written test scores, the last candidate will be determined as the interview candidate;
(2) This interview adopts a structured interview format, which comprehensively examines the candidates' comprehensive analysis ability, situational adaptability, language expression ability, interpersonal relationship handling ability, planning, organization and coordination ability, etc.;
(3) The total score of the interview is 100 points, and the interview score is not less than 70 points in principle, if the candidate is lower than 70 points, he or she will not be allowed to enter the next link;
(4) The specific time and place of the interview will be announced separately;
(5) If the interview candidate is vacant due to automatic abandonment and other reasons, the written test score of the same position will be filled in equal amounts from high to low score (if you give up on the day of the interview, it will not be filled), and the interview results will be announced on the spot.
3. Synthesis
The results of the written test and the interview are combined into the final score of the examination according to the ratio of 5:5, and the above scores are converted according to the 100-point system (the calculation is kept to two decimal places, and the third decimal place is rounded). If the last student has the same composite score, the one with the highest interview score will be hired.
(4) Physical examination and inspection
1. Physical examination: According to the order of the total score of the examination from high to low, the physical examination object is determined in a ratio of 1:1 (if the total score is the same, it will be sorted according to the interview score). If you have any doubts about the conclusion of the physical examination, you may submit a written request for re-examination within 3 days from the date of announcement of the physical examination results, and the re-examination shall be carried out according to the regulations within 3 days of receiving the re-examination notice. The re-examination will only be conducted once, and the results of the physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination. If the re-inspection is still unqualified, the applicant will be disqualified. If there is a vacancy for candidates who have passed the physical examination, they shall be filled in equal amounts among the applicants for the same position. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the revised General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) issued by the former Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health, and the operating procedures, and the cost of physical examination and re-examination shall be settled by the applicants.
2. Inspection: Those who pass the physical examination will enter the inspection link. The content of the examination includes the candidate's ideological performance, moral character, work performance (academic performance), etc. The person being inspected must provide a Certificate of No Illegal and Criminal Record.
3. If there is a vacancy due to unqualified physical examination and inspection, or if the applicant does not participate in the physical examination or inspection, the total score of the examination shall be filled in equal amounts from high to low (if the total score is the same, it will be supplemented according to the interview score).
(5) Publicity and recruitment
1. For those who have passed the written examination, interview, physical examination and inspection, the proposed hires will be publicized on the WeChat public account of Ma'anshan Xinhua Human Resources Co., Ltd. for 3 days. During the publicity period, if there are objections to the personnel to be hired, they can be reflected to the Dangtu County Urban Management Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade. If there are serious problems and there is evidence, they will not be hired, and they will be compensated in equal amounts according to the total score of the examination from high to low (if the total score is the same, it will be supplemented according to the interview score); If there are serious problems in the report, but it is difficult to verify it for the time being, the employment shall be suspended, and the decision on whether to hire will be made after the verification and conclusion is made.
2. After the announcement of no objection, Ma'anshan Xinhua Human Resources Co., Ltd. signed a labor dispatch contract with employees, of which the probationary period is 2 months, and those who pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period will sign a formal contract, and the salary and treatment shall refer to the existing Dangtu County Urban Management Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade employment standards.
3. After formal hiring, due to violation of the unit's efficiency construction, it will be held accountable in accordance with regulations and discipline depending on the circumstances. For those who seriously violate the rules and regulations of the unit, or are truly unable to continue to work due to physical reasons, the labor contract shall be dissolved or terminated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Contract Law.
