At more than 9 o'clock in the morning of the same day, the reporter saw in the low chong village section of Haiyong Road in Shiqi Town that a large area of rice on the side of the road had matured, the golden ears of rice bent the rice stalks, and five harvesters shuttled back and forth in the rice field, distributed in different areas to harvest rice. The harvester shuttles through the paddy field for about 20 minutes, then drives to the edge of the field to pour the harvested rice into a large truck, and then goes to the field to harvest the rice, and so on, and in less than a while, most of the rice is harvested.
There were many people standing on the ridges to watch the rice harvest, and some even brought children with them to take pictures of the harvest scene with their mobile phones. In addition to experiencing the joy of harvesting rice, they also listened to the relevant personnel of Shiji Supply and Marketing Cooperatives to explain the knowledge of rice planting, and gained a lot. Li Yixuan, a sixth-grade student at Shiqi Central Primary School, said that at the rice planting base, she and her classmates learned some basic knowledge of rice, understood the hardships of farmers and uncles in planting rice, and they should cherish food more in the future.
