She ethnic characteristic folk dance
On the evening of July 5, Badi Village, Gantang Township, Pingnan County, was full of people, and the She ethnic characteristic folk dance "Fire Phoenix" was staged, igniting the passion of midsummer.
At night, She villagers and tourists sang and danced hand in hand around the bonfire, laughter and shouts continued, and the scene was a joyful atmosphere. In the night sky, a fireball appeared majestically, with the speed of rotation accelerated, the flames on both sides danced up and down, the four sparks resembled the tail of a phoenix, wings, flying out of a looming "fire phoenix", the sparks scattered around it, like a meteor shower, were as gorgeous and colorful, so that the audience who came to watch applauded again and again.
Badi Village is the only administrative village inhabited by the She ethnic minority in Pingnan, with a history of more than 700 years. In recent years, the village has deeply excavated the cultural connotation of the She nationality, continuously inherited the songs and dances and folk customs of the She nationality, and vigorously built a village with distinctive industries and unique customs of the She nationality, so as to promote the development of the local cultural tourism industry.
