The second WiderCat 92 catamaran was launched at the shipyard in Fano, Italy, and was named "Atali". The 28-metre catamaran now joins its sister yacht, the Acali, which was launched in January this year.
The "Atali" shares the same series hybrid propulsion system as the first unit, and its interior and exterior were designed by Luca Dini Design & Architecture in collaboration with Wider Centro Stile. On sunny days, the yacht's 75-square-metre solar panels ensure complete energy self-sufficiency at berth, highlighting the concept of green sailing, according to the shipyard.
Accommodation is divided into four cabins, with the master suite at the front of the main deck and the private foredeck lounge providing a tranquil retreat. Two bathrooms are complemented by a "personalized wardrobe arrangement" to make the host and guests feel at home. The remaining three cabins are located on the lower deck and have a light, unpretentious and natural interior design, and it is said that the owner's wife personally chose the interior details and decorations to give the "Atali" a unique "personal touch".
On the bridge deck, the bow of the boat is covered with a comfortable sun pad, while in front of the wheelhouse is a tranquil lounge and a table that can be lifted and lowered, adding a touch of comfort to the time on board. On the open aft deck, a Terppanyaki-style home-cooked barbecue restaurant is a place where the cuisine dances with the sea breeze. The beach club offers a generous 67 square metres of space when the bulwarks are extended, with a water bar and jet ski garage, and tender boats quietly moored on the swim platform. This area is connected to the two rearmost VIP cabins, providing easy access for VIPs.
Marcello Maggi, head of W-Fin Sarl, is full of praise: "In addition to its innovative technology and superb design, the launch of the 'Atali' once again proves the outstanding performance of the WiderCat 92 series catamaran platform. Spacious and flexible, it offers owners endless customisation possibilities, making each yacht a unique symbol of style. ”
The yacht is powered by two electric motor engines and two 349kW variable speed generators, each capable of generating 500 kWh. This allows the Atali to cruise quietly for 27 nautical miles at a speed of 6 knots in zero-emission mode, or to operate autonomously on battery power for 14 hours when at anchor. It is not only the crystallization of technology, but also an affectionate tribute to the concept of environmental protection.
Today, three more units of the WiderCat 92 series are in full swing at the Wider Vision construction center in Fano.
