It is understood: Recently, when Zhang xx was playing with his mobile phone in the dormitory after work, he clicked on the pop-up ad prompted in the UC browser under the drive of curiosity, and chatted with Zhang xx in two people who claimed to be UC browser customer service and guided him to carry out the swiping activities, and then guided Zhang xx to scan the QR code through the UC browser, and downloaded the "brush order rebate" APP for brush rebate activities, Zhang xx recharged 8870 yuan through the QR code scanning code, "UC browser customer service" also said that his bank card was frozen and could not be cashed back. Need to transfer another 10,000 yuan to his WeChat before it can be unfrozen, Zhang xx said that after he had no money, the customer service guided Zhang xx to borrow 20,000 yuan in the "360 IOU" WeChat applet.
