1. Eligibility

(9) Taiwan students who have obtained full-time ordinary college qualifications in the mainland of the motherland and other Taiwan residents who have obtained academic qualifications recognized by the mainland of the motherland shall apply for employment in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and Jiangsu Province.

(10) Those who have any of the following circumstances shall not apply:

3. Examinations

The examination is organized and implemented by our school, and the examination method is a combination of written test and interview.

(1) Written examination

1. The written test is conducted in a closed-book manner, including education and teaching theories such as pedagogy, psychology, and teachers' professional ethics, with a total score of 100 points. After the written test is completed, the passing line will be delineated, and the results will be announced on the official website of Xuzhou Technician College in Jiangsu Province. This exam does not delineate the scope of the examination, does not specify tutorial books, and does not entrust any institution to hold review classes.

2. Time and place of written test: 9:30-11:30 on July 21, 2024;

3. Applicants should bring the admission ticket and the original second-generation ID card within their validity period, and arrive at the examination venue to take the written test at the time specified on the admission ticket. Arrivals 30 minutes late will not be admitted. The written test is a closed test, and no papers can be submitted or left in advance during the examination.

(2) Qualification review

Our school determines the candidates to participate in the qualification review from the qualified candidates who have passed the written examination for each position (if the last score is tied, they will participate together). (3) Interview

2. Those who participate in the interview shall participate in the interview according to the time, place and requirements on the admission ticket with the admission ticket and the second-generation ID card within the validity period. The interview score is 100 points, and the score of 60 and above is passed.

Total score = written test score ×30% + interview score ×70%.

Our school organizes a review of the personnel who apply for review, and the results of the physical examination are subject to the conclusion of the review.

Those who have passed the physical examination shall be inspected according to the inspection plan formulated by our school.

Before making a decision to fail the examination and physical examination, the applicant shall be informed of the decision to be made and the relevant facts, reasons and basis, and shall be informed that the applicant has the right to make statements and defenses in accordance with the law.

If the vacancy is caused by the applicant's inspection and physical examination not meeting the requirements, or the candidate giving up, etc., the position will be filled in equal amounts according to the total score from high to low among the qualified personnel in the written examination and interview.

5. Publicity

Our school will study and determine the personnel to be hired from the examination results, inspections and physical examinations, and report to the Xuzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and publicize the personnel to be hired in the Xuzhou Human Resources and Social Security Network. The content of the publicity includes the recruiting unit, job title, name of the person to be hired, education, major, graduation college, current work unit, various results of the recruitment examination, total scores, rankings, etc. After the list of personnel to be hired is announced, if the applicant gives up his or her employment qualification without a legitimate reason, his or her qualification to apply for our school again will be cancelled within one year after the list is announced.

During the publicity period, it is subject to the supervision of the society and applicants, and the period is 7 working days. The reporter should report the problem realistically, provide the necessary investigation clues and contact information, and our school will be responsible for the verification. After the expiration of the publicity period, the employment procedures shall be handled if the employment conditions are met. 6. Employment

If there is no objection to the publicity, our school shall report to the municipal human resources and social security department to handle the employment procedures. No replacements will be made after hiring. Our school signs the employment contract with the hired personnel in a timely manner, and agrees on the probationary period in accordance with the policy, and manages it in strict accordance with the employment contract. During the probationary period, if it is proved that they do not meet the requirements of the post, the employment qualification will be cancelled and the employment contract will be terminated.

If the hired person has signed a labor or employment contract or other agreement with the original unit, the applicant shall be responsible for handling it within the prescribed time limit.
