In order to advocate green life and improve residents' awareness of environmental protection, Xijing Community and Kunming Dongfei Environmental Service Co., Ltd. jointly implemented the "2+2" model pilot work of domestic waste classification in Kunming residential community and led the implementation of the "2+2" model. On the morning of July 3, volunteers from Westview Community in Phuket Street and staff from Dongfei Environment carried out garbage classification and recyclable garbage recycling activities in the area under their jurisdiction to popularize garbage classification knowledge and promote habit formation.
During the event, the community garbage sorting volunteers introduced the standards, methods and skills of garbage sorting to the residents in detail by distributing leaflets. They patiently answered the residents' questions, so that everyone had a deeper understanding and understanding of garbage classification, and encouraged everyone to actively participate in the garbage classification action.
Residents said that they want to put the environmental protection knowledge they have learned into practice, start from themselves, turn waste into treasure, reduce pollution, reduce disposal costs, and implement recyclable garbage recycling activities into all aspects of life. They promise to integrate the concept of green, low-carbon and environmental protection into their lives, and make garbage classification a conscious action.
